With over 35 years of expertise in managing large-scale cleaning operations, Lance plays a pivotal role in the operational management of the business, focusing on planning, scheduling, and maintaining efficiency across cleaning contracts.
Lance’s approach is grounded in systematic planning and scheduling, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and adhere to the highest standards. His extensive experience enables him to tackle the complexities of scheduling, staffing, and compliance with health and safety regulations, all while maintaining operational excellence.
A skilled leader, Lance excels in managing large teams across multiple sites. Lance has also been instrumental in fostering strong relationships with both staff and clients, ensuring stability and loyalty within the business. Katrina Collie serves as the Area/Regional Manager for Capitol Cleaning & Support Services, bringing her extensive experience to the management of our cleaning operations. Katrina is well- positioned to oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring that our services align closely with the specific needs of each campus.
In her role, Katrina acts as the vital link between the Facilities Managers and clients, the on-site cleaning teams, and the Capitol directors. She facilitates direct communication among these parties, ensuring that any concerns, updates, or requests are promptly addressed. This communication flow helps streamline operations and fosters a collaborative environment that prioritises the needs of the our clients
Katrina is responsible for implementing cleaning schedules, monitoring performance, and addressing any immediate concerns that may arise. Her close proximity to the campuses allows her to conduct regular site visits, ensuring that standards are consistently upheld and that any issues are resolved promptly.
Katrina’s strong leadership skills, sharp eye for standards and commitment to excellence enable her to foster collaboration among the cleaning staff, promoting continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.

David Foster, Paul Harris, and Chris Adomako form a vital part of our national support team at Capitol Cleaning & Support Services. Together, they act as front-line assistance to the management team, ensuring that all field-related tasks and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively. Their collective expertise is instrumental in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service across our clients sites.
Together, David, Paul, and Chris act as a hands on management team and are cross chained in our business operations. They maintain open lines of communication with the our management team, clients and the directors. This collaborative approach allows for swift resolution of any issues that may arise, ensuring that all matters are dealt with promptly and effectively. Their proactive engagement with our clients and, staff and management reinforces our commitment to providing a responsive and high-quality cleaning service, fostering a clean and safe environment.
