How important is customer service to you? When you choose a family owned cleaning company like Capitol you get the sense that we care. We listen to your desires and what you need and we do everything possible to make sure you get that. Sometimes managing a rubbish cleaning company can be harder and more time consuming than managing your own business, that is why our management team stay in close contact with our staff and you and are always on hand and happy to help if you need us. We do not adopt long voice mail message systems and lots of different departments before you speak to someone, we are here to respond as soon as the first point of contact is made.

All of our staff are trained to very high standard set by our management team, who have over 45 years experience in the trade. All of our staff are well familiarised with our health and safety policy, training matrix and on site risk assessments.

We carry out site specific risk assessments, carry out method statements and provide COSHH assessments. We are Safe Contractor approved so your mind is at rest that we will always ensure that our services are carried out safely and risk free by our operatives.

Long contracts are not mandatory*… people stay with us because they want to, not because they have to, and that really does show, it is how we have managed to grow in to a sizeable operation over the past 14 years of trading.
